The submission period for CologneOFF IV “Here We Are!” is over, the deadline was 1 September. This year 263 submissions came in, about 80 more than 2007.
The 4th edition will consist of three festival components

CologneOFF IV MOTHER – the special festival program hosted by VideoChannel
